Leadership Team

As a Church we are organised along traditional Baptist principles and government with the membership being the source of authority in the Church through the Church Business Meeting. The members appoint a Deaconate to run the practical matters and assist the Minister with pastoral care.  The Church meeting will appoint a Secretary and a Treasurer rom the Deaconate.  Others, from the body of the Church will contribute to the work of the Church according to their gifts and availability.

The Church is a member of the Baptist Union of Wales and it's West Glamorgan association. 

For clarity, we are based in Carmarthenshire and not West Glamorgan!
